- Coconuts are procured in large quantities from the local farmers.
- Grading of coconuts is done where in the water coconuts are separated and sent back to the market.
- The peeling of the skin of the coconuts suitable for Copra is then done and later the nuts with the husk are stored on attics built out of Bamboo sticks.
- The nuts are dried on the attics for a period of 9 to 10 months naturally for the ball copra to be formed.
- The shell of the nuts is removed and the formed Ball Copra are graded and packed according to the sizes and quality.
